The Paradise Township Lions Club works collectively to raise money in the community to support project and activities that contribute to civic improvement and community betterment.


Lions Club International began in 1917 and the Paradise Township Lions Club was established in 1928. We’ve been contributing to community projects ever since. Below is a list of our contributions and projects over the past 96 years.


*Support the local food bank through financial contributions and volunteering.

*Support the Paradise Area Boys and Girl Scouts
*Hold fundraisers such as Dinner in the Dark and formally The Paradise Lions Club Golf Tournament.

*Run a food concession stand to support financial contributions in our community.
*Provide a scholarship to a graduating high school senior from Pequea Valley involved in the community.
*Supported the Paradise Township Parks & Rec Committee in their proposal to improve the park with a $6,000 donation.
*Donate money to Vision Corps, Beacon Lodge, Leader Dog School, Northeast Eye Bank, Association of the Blind and more.
*Donated funds to the Paradise Fire Company to purchase a new engine.
*Led the community in the development of the Memorial Park (Paradise Township Park).
